Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the print when it arrives, you may return it within 14 days. You will need to pay the return shipping and insurance costs.
You will have tracking details the day your print ships, arrange to be available when it delivers if possible.
If the package appears damaged when it arrives, refuse it. If the package arrives when you are not home and it appears damaged, do not open it and contact Thomas Jordan.
